Growing up on the bayous of Louisiana, Kent is no stranger to the beauty the outdoors hold. At a young age, he explored the waters and forests around his home and felt compelled to capture these great adventures. Kent delved into drawing - and eventually painting - and after honing his skills with the best artists the bayou had to offer, Kent attended the Art Institute of Houston, where he studied visual communications to learn the fundamentals of design and composition technique.

Today, Kent's adventures have taken him from the bayou, and he is inspired by the designs nature creates. His goal is to take others to places that can refresh one's soul. The mountainous areas in New Mexico, the hill country in Texas, and the desert in Arizona are just a few of the beautiful settings that he breaks off a piece of tranquility and brings it into your home.
